Is your young string player ready to take their skills to the next level? Allegro Strings at Peabody is a week-long immersion in music, creativity and community, designed for young string players (ages 6-13) currently playing Suzuki Books 1-5.<\/p>\n

Allegro Strings fosters a holistic approach to music education:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Ensemble Excellence: <\/b>Daily group classes and large ensembles refine ensemble skills, build confidence, and polish favorite repertoire in a supportive, collaborative environment.<\/li>\n
  • Creative Exploration: <\/b>Unleash your inner artist with daily rotations through Rhythm Enrichment, Art, and Movement classes. Explore rhythm’s intricacies, discover the magic of color and movement, and express yourself through diverse artistic avenues.<\/li>\n
  • Performing Experience<\/b>: Experience a fast pace of learning, and the exciting and intense preparation for Allegro Strings Final Concert, which will feature all groups and orchestras!<\/li>\n
  • Lifelong Memories<\/b>: Develop teamwork, communication, and a love for music in a supportive and collaborative environment.<\/li>\n
  • Experienced Instructors<\/b>: Learn from passionate music educators and professional performers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      9:00- 9:30 am: Warm-up and Games\u00a0
      9:30- 11:30 am: Group Classes (violin, viola, cello)
      11:30 am- 12:15 pm: Lunch
      12:15- 1:00 pm: Rhythm Enrichment
      1:00- 2:00 pm: Art
      2:00- 3:00 pm: Movement
      3:00- 5:00 pm: Orchestra (Available to all levels)<\/p>\n\n\n
